These terms apply to every quote and order placed on the CADcut customer portal (app.cadcut.ca). The seller is Procam Machine & Manufacturing Ltd., operating as CADcut, 8007 39 Street, Leduc, Alberta T9E 0B3, Canada (info@cadcut.ca, 780 980 3670). By placing an order you accept these terms. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where it differs.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. You must have the right to use the files you upload. You keep ownership of your designs. We use your files only to quote, make, re-order and support your parts, and we don't share them except with the service providers named in our privacy policy.
Some orders are approved automatically. Others, for example thick or oversized plate, bent parts, files with warnings or large orders, are checked by our team first. An order is accepted when it is approved. We may decline an order we can't make as drawn; if you already paid, we refund you in full.
We cut and form your parts from your file in the material and thickness you choose, within the limits on our design guidelines page and normal shop tolerances for the process. Please check units, dimensions, quantities and material before you order: we make what the file and order show. Bent parts are formed with our press-brake tooling, which can slightly change flange lengths and inside radii.
The ready-by date shown at checkout is an estimate in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and starts once the order is approved and paid. Shipping transit time is extra. We will tell you if we expect a delay, but we are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery.
You can change or cancel an order for a full refund until we start cutting it. Once cutting has started, the parts are custom-made and the order can't be cancelled or returned, except under section 9.
Please inspect your parts when you receive them and tell us within 7 days at info@cadcut.ca if anything doesn't match your file or order, with your order number and photos. If the parts don't match what you ordered, we will, at our choice, remake them, credit you or refund the price of the affected parts. This doesn't cover problems that come from the file or design you supplied, from parts that were altered after delivery, or from normal process marks, such as small pierce marks or edge finish.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for the affected parts, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, downtime or the cost of assembly or installation. You are responsible for deciding whether parts are suitable for your use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Alberta.
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
