| Inside bend radius | standard = 1 × thickness (air bending); tighter needs a review |
| Bend allowance | BA = angle × (R + K × T); K by material family and R/T (air bending) |
| Hole to bend line | ≥ 2.5 × thickness + inside radius |
| Bend angle | 5°–135° (more = hem / closed bend: review) |
| Channel / hat / tray tool clearance | flange height ≤ the inside width between the flanges, else review |
| Brake thickness | up to 0.5 in |
| Bend length | up to 144 in |
| Flat blank size | 72 × 144 in laser table |
